Are all your Technicians visiting our site DBS checked?
We understand the importance of security and trust, and that's why all our engineers scheduled to visit your site have undergone thorough Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checks. This ensures they meet the highest standards of suitability and pose no potential risk to your personnel or property.
When will you arrive?
Rest assured, you'll receive your precise repair time by 8:30 AM the day before your appointment via either SMS or email. This allows you to plan your day efficiently and avoid any unnecessary waiting.
How long does it take?
We'll have your Interactive Display Screen up and running again in no time! Most repairs take around 1 -2 hours and are conveniently done right on-site.
Can the repairs be done during school holidays?
Yes! You setup a time and date and we will do the rest. Just make sure someone is at the school to let us in.
Where are the repairs carried out?
To keep your classroom running smoothly during repairs, we kindly request a spare room for our technicians to work in. This helps us reduce noise and distractions, keeping your students focused on learning.
Will ClassroomID technician need to come into our school?
YES. All work is carried out on-site by the ClassroomID technician. If the equipment cannot be repaired within 1 -2 hour, with your instruction we will move the faulty equipment to our workshop.
Can we get a replacement whilst our board is being repaired?
Absolutely! While ClassroomID works its magic to fix your interactive display, keeping your classroom running smoothly is our top priority. That's why we offer additional services like temporary Interactive Display screen replacement.
What happens to our board once it has been repaired?
Once your interactive display is repaired, we'll seamlessly switch it back, leaving your classroom as you found it.
Do you travel outside of London?
We repair interactive whiteboards across the UK, including locations as far north as Aberdeen! No matter where you are, we can help you get your whiteboard back in working order. Rest assured, we'll travel to your location to provide convenient and expert repair services.
